My stay at the hotel was excellent, with a beautiful spa and great shuttle service for the ski lifts. The dining options were varied and delicious, with a lovely breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, my experience at the resort was marred by some unfortunate theft incidents during our skiing trip, which was quite disappointing. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay, especially if you're heading out to ski.

We just got back from an amazing week at the Premier Hotel in Bansko.
